Aleighcia Scott is our first ever Youth Ambassador!

We are very excited to announce that the amazing Aleighcia Scott has agreed to come aboard as Keep Wales Tidy’s first ever Youth Ambassador.

She will begin her role by being the face of recruiting to our youth board, as well as engaging with young people this summer.

Growing up in Cardiff, but with family roots from Trelawny, Jamaica. Aleighcia is a huge Welsh talent with a growing following, from both her music career and presenting her BBC Radio Wales evening show alongside Huw Stephens.

Aleighcia is hugely excited to get going and work with us moving forward on environmental issues, working with young people. She will be working with our team closely, as well as attending the Royal Welsh show and the National Eisteddfod with our staff this summer.

“I’m really excited to be on board with Keep Wales Tidy - Wales is important to me so looking after it is key. I'd like to help with that as much as possible and I want to encourage others to do the same - Dw i'n Caru Cymru!”
