Changes to events during our upcoming Marine Clean Cymru campaign

There will be some changes to events during our upcoming Marine Clean Cymru campaign.

As a mark of respect following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we’re rearranging some of our events.

The Marine Clean Cymru campaign will be going ahead as planned from Friday 16 September 2022.

However, clean-ups organised by our staff on Monday 19 September, the day of the Queen’s state funeral, have been cancelled. If you’ve registered to take part in a clean-up event on this date, the Project Officer will be in touch shortly.

Events organised by volunteers may still be going ahead at the discretion of the organiser.

Organisers, please consider the timings of your scheduled beach cleans on Monday 19 September, and where possible arrange outside of specific funeral times.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
