Outdoor Learning Live – RSPB Big Schools’ Birdwatch special for KS2
17/01/2023 - 18/01/2023
Online
In this Outdoor Learning Live session, we are looking at the brilliant
RSPB Big Schools’ Birdwatch
. In our interactive live session, learn top tips on how to ID birds, discover some incredible facts, and explore why looking after our wildlife is so important.
After the session have a go at the birdwatch and some of the other outdoor learning activities that we will share. We will be joined by a special guest from RSPB, who will be happy to answer questions too! The session will run 9.30 – 10.15am. There will also be a short afternoon session 14.30 – 14.45 to share your findings and photos. This session is suitable for Key Stage 2 classes.
If you register for this event by 11th January you will receive your RSPB Big School Bird Watch resource pack in the post ready for this session. All resources will also be available online for anyone who registers after this date.
Please note that registration doesn’t automatically generate a joining link, you will receive this from one of our
Education
staff with further confirmation information after booking.
