What are Litter Picking Hubs?
Litter Picking Hubs sit at the centre of local community clean up activity, supporting volunteers and building pride in their local area.
Each hub provides free access to litter picking equipment and insurance cover, so that anyone, at any time, can roll up their sleeves and get involved.
Sponsorship money goes directly into funding these all important hubs.
What will your money pay for?
Sponsorship money is used to directly set up and run Litter Picking Hubs
Keep Wales Tidy launch support:
- Identify a location for new hubs
- Source a managing organisation
- Recruit and train a hub manager
- Set up data monitoring and management
- A launch clean up event in partnership with your organisation
Equipment and support, including:
- Litter picking equipment and the iconic red bags
- Public liability insurance for the hub and volunteers
Ongoing support including:
- Advice, support and encouragement for the hub manager
- Hub promotion via the Keep Wales Tidy interactive map and on social media

Sponsorship of new hubs (minimum of 6 hubs)
Cost per hub: £3,000 + vat
Sponsorship of existing hubs
Hubs should be in an area associated with your product or service on some way
Cost per hub: £2,000 + vat
