We’ll be joined by Elise Hughes, co-founder of Coed Danu CIC and an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, whose work combines psychology, nervous system awareness and nature connection; and Tracy Hill, storyteller, creative practitioner and co-founder of Coed Danu CIC, who uses story and creativity to help people slow down, reconnect and find meaning.
They’ll be chatting with our Urban Long Forest Coordinator, Morgan, about their experiences and sharing practical advice on how spending time in nature can support our wellbeing.
