Explore energy, climate and water through Power Protectors, an engaging one-hour training session designed to build knowledge and confidence in introducing these important topics to young children.
What will be covered in the session?
The session explains how energy is produced, the impacts different energy sources can have on our planet, what climate change means and why saving water matters.
Through fun, visual and interactive activities, practitioners will discover simple, age-appropriate ways to make these big ideas accessible, helping children understand the foundations of using energy and water wisely.
Participants will leave with practical approaches and engaging resources that can inspire curiosity, encourage positive everyday choices and begin to develop an understanding of how we can all reduce our carbon footprint.
We’ll be hosting sessions in English and Welsh:
