Learn how to capture and share the stories of Urban Long Forest through a practical training session delivered by the People’s Collection of Wales.
This hands-on morning will introduce you to the People’s Collection of Wales platform and show you how to collect, record and publish material documenting the people, places and activities that make up the Urban Long Forest project.
You’ll learn how to share photographs, stories, memories, documents and other material gathered through the project. This could include planting days, community events, volunteer activities, local wildlife, biodiversity, hedge history and the development of Urban Long Forest sites over time.
By contributing, you’ll help create a lasting digital record of the project, preserving the experiences and achievements of the communities involved throughout its three-year delivery phase for future generations.
No previous experience is needed, just an interest in telling the story of Urban Long Forest and the communities helping to make it happen.
Spaces are limited to just 10 participants per session, so book early to secure your place!
