The Urban Long Forest project is protecting, restoring and celebrating hedgerows and ancient and veteran trees across Caerphilly. Through volunteering, training and community events, we’re working with local people to help protect and enhance these important habitats for wildlife and future generations.
Made possible thanks to support from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and National Lottery players, the project is delivered in partnership with Coed Cadw, Adult Learning Wales, Llais y Goedwig and local authorities. Together, we are co-designing and delivering a programme of education, training and hands-on conservation action.
