No Mow May

Did you know we’ve lost nearly 97% of flower-rich meadows since the 1930s? This means vital food sources for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators are disappearing!

But your schoolyard can help!

Engage your students with the importance of wildflowers in this interactive, virtual workshop delivered by Eco-Schools Wales! Streamed directly into your classroom, learners will:

  • Discover why wildflowers are crucial for a healthy ecosystem.
  • Explore simple actions everyone can take to make a positive environmental impact.
  • Align with Eco-Schools programme objectives through engaging activities.

This fun and informative session is perfect for complementing your school’s sustainability efforts and empowering young learners to engage with No Mow May.
