We’re facing a stubborn litter problem here in Wales. Our surveys indicate a general decrease in litter over the past decade; however, we’ve observed a recent resurgence. The nature of litter has also shifted, with a steady increase of fast food and drinks packaging appearing on our streets, beaches, parks and roadsides.
